Eating healthy and nutritious meals can seem daunting if you try to create fancy dishes that take hours to prepare…but it doesn’t have to be like that! Here are some super simple examples of meals that I ate just last week that are easy, simple and super nutritious. In some cases I used leftovers (salmon and beets) or frozen foods (green beans and turkey burgers) and in all cases I used both fresh, raw foods and simply prepared cooked foods. Nothing you see here took more than 35 minutes to prepare and cook. No real recipes, per se, just super simple preparation… nutritious, fresh and easy. Let me know what you think!
