Giving Thanks

“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.”  — Melody Beattie

Gratitude is magic.  It will change your life, if you let it.  I’m grateful for so many things, including my family, friends, good health, good work, but even more for a good God.

Thank you, LORD, for Jesus Christ, for your Word, and for a life of purpose.

beautiful kind words, warm thoughts, a wise reminder.
if we could practice being grateful everyday, we wouldn’t need much.
