What is optimal health to you? That’s a great question to consider. Our answers might vary a bit, based on our values and the filter through which we experience life. In my view, optimal health is all about having the energy and margin in my life to accomplish the most important things to me. It’s about faith, family, friends, and good health, reached through nourishing my body, mind and soul. Working with a purpose is also important to me. While we sometimes try to live a compartmentalized life, the truth is that we can’t do that. In order to achieve optimal health, we have to consider our whole selves – mind, body and spirit.
